NABDNB is an inclusive federally recognized, non-profit promotional company dedicated to instilling the longevity of the Drum and Bass culture within the community by throwing events, mentoring up-n-coming performers/promoters, and providing safe dance spaces. We are specific in creating diversity within our organization and continuing to create safe places for all genders, races, and sexual orientations in an educational manner. We have a team dedicated to harm reduction at all our events to ensure everyone feels safe and welcomed. NAB DNB is trained by GOODNIGHTOUT VANCOUVER, providing safe spaces for all people and orientations. (LTGBQA2S+ safe)

We maintain a code of conduct for our organization and its patrons. We not only have established these policies to provide inclusion for our patrons but many of our owners/staff identify in the LTGBQ2AI2S+ community. These are upheld by a zero-tolerance approach to abuse as defined in our code of conduct below. By having staff that visibly identify as queer, we create a standard behavior of inclusion. We are also in the process of organizing some events that directly create ties with this community in ways of combining DNB and artistic performances by queer community members. We also work to ensure that any obstacles that peoples of limited mobility have knowledge and awareness of the venue offerings open to them. With notice, most physical limitations can be accommodated as we state in our event information.
